Love my Toyota, but enjoyed the Honda dealership more. Rep walked away when I was trying to explain situation. When I brought it to his attention, he asked if I was having a bad day. My wife and I have been Findlay Toyota customers since 2007 and my family has been Findlay customers since their original dealership in the early 1960's. Being a repeat customer says it all. I have no tolerance for shoddy or dishonest service and have ceased doing business with dealerships for other car brands we've owned after just one bad experience. More
