In all my years of buying cars, I've never had an experience quite like I did with MJ and South Bay Hyundai. Think about how crazy that is– most dealers have one goal and one goal only, which is to sell a car (and a tire plan! 😂). After making his life miserable for a week with all kinds of random problems, we finally struck gold and I got an incredible car at a price that everybody felt good about. Even better, when I arrived to actually pick up my vehicle, I got the sense that everybody was rooting for me, from reception to the service team and even the finance department. When I buy a car, I don’t want the runaround, I like to presented a reasonable offer and with in 5 minutes of talking I had a sales manager ironing out details. Just like I like it.
