Rhett is fantastic, we bought three cars from him and would recommend him to anyone. I would never recommend getting any service done at this dealership. I had a seatbelt issue, they said they will order would recommend him to anyone. I would never recommend getting any service done at this dealership. I had a seatbelt issue, they said they will order the piece, it will come in a few days, and made an appointment for me to bring the car back end of week. when I get there I find out that they didn’t even order the piece. they were completely not informed about the problem I was facing and said that I need to come back when I get a text that the piece arrived. why they made an appointment for me, before ordering the piece is beyond me. the people checking in around the same time I was also had similar frustrating situations. I have been working with Frank and Rhett for years. Appreciate their professionalism. But most of all their friendliness and patience. I now feel like part of a family and not just a customer.
