I don't usually give negative rating. I never have problems with the services the last few years at all, they are always on top of things and communicative. However, the last 2 recent vis I never have problems with the services the last few years at all, they are always on top of things and communicative. However, the last 2 recent visits, they were not communicative at all. The first time, I had my car in for oil change and they told me that my car was ready to be pick up 4 minutes before the closing time, so I was not able to make it on time. Fortunately, the show room staff are helpful and was able to help me get my car. The most recent visit, we tried to get our car for a diagnostic test to see what's going on with the horn. I specifically asked the staff how long they think it will take, they said that it should be ready by 1:50 in the afternoon but they will keep me updated by texts. I never got any updates on my car the whole afternoon and I was anticipating to get my car back that day, so we drove to the store hoping to get some answers. By that time, the service center was already closed, so we had to ask the showroom staff for help once again, and they were very helpful and got someone to give us a status update. Turns out they didn't have the right maintenance person qualified enough to check on my car even though they attempted to, which is ok, if they would have communicated that to me. I was very disappointed to the last service. They told me that they would be in touch to reschedule my horn fix, but I still haven't received any call to reschedule. I really hope they can improve on the communication part cause I really enjoyed the overall experience from this dealership. More

I have sent messages outlining my concerns and they are ignoring me. There are plenty of things that didn't go as expected and overall the experience has been less than positive. The worst part is their ignoring me. There are plenty of things that didn't go as expected and overall the experience has been less than positive. The worst part is their attempt to manipulate by ignoring me. Just makes me want to give them this car back and go buy one somewhere else. More

I have taken my 2025 Palisade for service on two separate occasions and both times they did not rotate the tires as requested. The experience of buying a car at Walser Hyundai in Brooklyn Park was very stress-free. I came in September and looked at some cars in the parking lot, and I wasn’t bothered by anybody while looking ar Brooklyn Park was very stress-free. I came in September and looked at some cars in the parking lot, and I wasn’t bothered by anybody while looking around the lot until I went inside and asked to speak to somebody. Maybe it’s not the experience some people want, but I wanted to be able to understand what I was looking at for myself. I decided it wasn’t the right time to buy a car when I was there, so I took a business card from the salesman Paul Hutchins. A couple months later, I had a long time to think through the issues I had with my existing car before it died, so when it did, I sent Paul a text with the information on the car I was looking at. I came in the next day to do a test drive, and a few days later I drove off the lot in the right car for me. There was only one time I felt some pressure, which was towards the end of the transaction when someone else came to talk to me about extended warranties, oil change packages, protection packages, etc. but they still respected the decisions I had made and didn’t force anything on me. I will return in the future when I (or someone else I know) need a car. More
