Very patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. Very good communication and prompt at answering/returning phone calls. Made us feel very confident in our purchase, walked us through every step of the way from financing all the way up to setting our Hyandai app, how to connect our phones, and almost every other feature, so we drove home knowing exactly what we purchased. Samson was awesome! Our first trip to the dealership, Samson took the time to answer all our questions, as we were visiting other dealerships that day. We had narrowed our search to two vehicles and the following week, after our test drive of the Tucson Hybrid Limited with Samson showing us some of the safety and convenience features, we decided to continue the purchase process, including trade in of current vehicle. He listened well, was very personable and knowledgeable and loved that he took us through the whole process of our purchase! He had set up some of the settings and showed us how to connect my iPhone, set our home address for navigation, seat settings etc before we left with our new vehicle, making sure we could enjoy the vehicle on our first day of ownership! This is our first Hyundai purchase so hoping our experience with their service team will be as great as their sales! More
