Haniel, who assisted me, was patient and very knowledgeable throughout the entire process. He extended his hospitality and never pressured me to consider other vehicles, respecting my choice. As a woman, I usually bring a male companion to dealerships, but Haniel made me feel so comfortable that I felt confident I could have come alone without being taken advantage of. He was very honest about a part they were waiting on and promised to keep me updated. Next, I met Ray, who also made me feel at ease about the process. Ray discussed the financing options with me and was willing to work to ensure I got the best rate and deal. He went over every single document before signing. His sense of humor and caring nature eased my nerves. Even when I came to pick up the car, he made sure to greet us and made us feel like it wasn't all about purchasing the car.
