After visiting two Honda dealerships, we were told the price quoted by email was a mistake. The actual price for the model we want is much higher. Classic bait and switch tactics! When we went to DCH Kay Honda dealership, we were relieved to discover that the email price quoted by their Internet Consultant MaryCae Vignolini, was the same price quoted by their showroom salesperson Jorge DiNatale. Jorge explained each detail thoroughly, and addressed all of our concerns in a helpful informative manner. We were also impressed with Kay's Manager Mike Lyttle, and Finance Rep. Raymond Furslew.
