Within moments of meeting George I knew I would buy a car from him. He was kind, patient, and most of all, he was honest with me. We test drove two vehicles, and quickly got to work on numbers. I was not expecting to buy/lease a car that day and wanted to go home to eat dinner. George nicely offered to buy us some food so we could keep working on terms we could both agree to. A few hours later, I drove home in my new lease. Both George and Ray in the finance Dept were engaging and respectful, as a woman car shopping alone, I was thrilled to be treated as an equal. After visiting two Honda dealerships, we were told the price quoted by email was a mistake. The actual price for the model we want is much higher. Classic bait and switch tactics! When we went to DCH Kay Honda dealership, we were relieved to discover that the email price quoted by their Internet Consultant MaryCae Vignolini, was the same price quoted by their showroom salesperson Jorge DiNatale. Jorge explained each detail thoroughly, and addressed all of our concerns in a helpful informative manner. We were also impressed with Kay's Manager Mike Lyttle, and Finance Rep. Raymond Furslew. They were all helpful, knowledgeable, and efficient. There was no pressure. These DCH Kay Honda representative made the car buying experience pleasant. Thanks you! More
