I always appreciate Joe's honesty about issues with my car. I know I can trust him and he won't sell me anything that my car does not need. It's great to know that there are still people with integri car. I know I can trust him and he won't sell me anything that my car does not need. Other Honda dealerships try and sell you all sorts of things you don't need, but DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown does NOT do that. I believe that has to do with Ken Kallock who leads their service department. I don't know his exact title, but he is honest and ethical and expects his folks to be the same way. I live very close (could walk) to another Honda dealership, but I drive to the Eatontown, NJ Honda dealership because I know they have integrity and will not pad the bill and make up unnecessary repairs. Definitely use this dealership if you can!!! More

The DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown has always been a high quality, honest place to get my car serviced. Other Honda dealerships have tried to sell me services I did not need, but the service department at the Eatontown location is trustworthy. I've bought 2 cars here and serviced them for decades. I HIGHLY recommend going to the DCH Kay Honda dealership in Eatontown, NJ. I have another Honda dealership just down the street from me, but I drive to Eatontown because I know that they will not lie and make up services I do not need. I'm sure a lot of that has to do with the wonderful leadership of Ken Kallock. He is a great service manager and sets high standards for his team to follow. More
