I hate to leave negative reviews, but I am doing this for the greater good. I bought a new Honda CRV in July '26 and the sales/financing process was superior. Scott Durso who sold me my car was very knowledgeable, professional, and not pushy. He found me the exact car I wanted at the right price. Highly recommend! The service department was an entirely different experience. I have always been one to use dealerships for service and my first experience with Honda Eatontown in August was horrific. The service agent did not answer any of my questions, lost a loose inside car piece that I gave him to be fixed and did nothing to rectify the problem but blame others, and was downright offensive. To add insult to injury, he texted me after my service appointment indicating that I may be receiving an American Honda Survey and asked me to please fill it out and I quote "Please keep in mind EXCELLENT is the only grade to pass me, hopefully you can do this for me." Anyone who has to ask for a review of themselves and tell you how to rate them is not a professional in my opinion. I decided to give the servicing department another chance and met with Tiffany on another day shortly thereafter. She went over and above to answer all of my questions and locate the missing car piece. Tiffany was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and truly concerned with turning the ship around which she did. Thank you Tiffany for all of your help, it was greatly appreciated!
