It took more than the time allotted just so do an oil change and tire rotation dispute I book online ahead of time. They usually vacuum the car and take it for a courtesy wash which was not done. I’ve been going to this service center for almost 30yrs. I have bought 5 Hondas in those years. Mickey Hughes is my guy ! He’s always kind, explains everything with no xx in between the lines. I never feel I have bought 5 Hondas in those years. Mickey Hughes is my guy ! He’s always kind, explains everything with no xx in between the lines. I never feel rushed or not appreciated. I will continue to use this dealership as long I can speak to Mickey or Joe. Joe Budner was also my service manager at one point. I also think he does an outstanding job. Kay Honda better have these two men teach the new service people coming in because honestly they don’t make them like Mickey or Joe anymore! More

Being senior citizens, (one handicapped), 100 miles from home, in a vehicle with only 2,000 miles, Everyone we were in contact with was very helpful. We were fortunate to be close to your dealership and having our concerns addressed so professionally. We have to give extra kudos to Mikey your representative that put our minds at ease. He explained everything so clearly to us and put our minds at ease. We were confident after speaking to him that we would be ok.It is rare in these times to find someone like Mikey who really seemed to care about our situation. The only negative experience was with your AI "person" who we actually thought was a real person at first. Despite giving our situation to "her" our concerns were not addressed and in fact entered incorrectly. When we first notified your dealership that we had broken down and needed aid as quickly as possible based on a medical situation we never were contacted back. It wasn't until we called back to see what was the delay we learned that our information was not received correctly. More
