DCH Honda notifies me by text and email when my car is due for service. I call the next day and make an appointment. Really helpful, service folks and mechanics are nice, efficient, and will explain any questions you have. Facility has a good waiting room with WiFi, and they send you a text tracker & message to see the efficient, and will explain any questions you have. Very thorough. I never feel as though they are trying to rip me off.
