I've been coming here since 2016 with fantastic service. Yesterday, nobody could seem to tell me the status of my car (general service). The person on the phone couldn't find my service rep. This was an hour before they closed and my second phone call to them. I showed up, my rep was there, showed accountability and apologized for dropping the ball with me, and made it right.
