To echo others a little, it was odd for a Lexus dealership to sell out-of-state as most of the others we'd contacted (for a GX550) within a few state radius would not. Diego was great and put up with much poking and proding about the vehicle itself and the process (and weather effects on schedule due to a hurricane). If he doesn't know an answer, he'll trundle off and find one and get back as soon as he can. The whole Miami North dealership was great and the process, once we got there, went smooth (although travel to the dealership was not trouble free, it's not their problem. Thanks again while I'll probably try to buy in-state if I can, this process was not bad. Thanks again. More
