Why was the car reinspected? There was a current inspection that had 10 months to go and you reinspected. The car was inspected in 5/24 and you replaced it in July of 2024. Poor customer service. Ramiro is not helpful at all as a service advisor. Does the bare minimum. Dropped my car for service at 830 am and was notified by Ramiro at 3 pm tha Ramiro is not helpful at all as a service advisor. Does the bare minimum. Dropped my car for service at 830 am and was notified by Ramiro at 3 pm that the car was not seen and would need to stay overnight or I can pick it back up. No shuttle offered back from my job to get the car. I had to pay an Uber to go pick it up to get home since a loaner wasn’t even offered. Again I went back for service, and was assigned Ramiro. Their systems were down. I received a loaner and car was of course done same day. Two weeks later my check engine light is on and the car is sluggish and felt dangerous to drive. I dropped the car at 8 30 am and 3 pm no updates from Ramiro. No estimated wait time. Nothing. No loaner. This dealership is one of the worst I’ve encountered. I’ve had service at other Mercedes dealerships in the past we well as bmw service centers and never had this type of experience. I am not sure if to blame the dealership or the advisor at this point for a lack of follow through. More

My C300 had a couple a recalls and it needs service as well. My friends Trent Manco and Rich DeAngelo just starts working at the dealership and I decided to use them this time. From the young man that took the car when I pulled up to through the check in process. All was perfect! I couldn’t bring my car back till the next morning and they said no problem and once again they could’ through the check in process. All was perfect!
