Dean Team Ballwin is an outstanding facility. We use the service facility for all our maintenance needs on both our vehicles. I was very pleased with my experience at dean team. My husband and I bought a brand new Taos in 2025. The car had caused me lots of issues within the last year. I reached out to Phillip Dean and voiced My husband and I bought a brand new Taos in 2025. The car had caused me lots of issues within the last year. I reached out to Phillip Dean and voiced my concerns. He fixed the issue within a week. He got me a brand new Taos 2026 and we did not pay anything. We are extremely happy and thankful we were able to get this figured out! Thank you Phillip Dean and the sales manger Steve for turning this around so quickly & making things right for my family and I! More

Vito Chirco assisted with our purchase and went above and beyond showing us over 6 vehicles and traveling between Dean Team dealerships. Moved numerous cars and cleaned/removed ice and snow multiple times. V beyond showing us over 6 vehicles and traveling between Dean Team dealerships.
