He presented the ca However, I had an amazing experience with Dean Team VW Ballwin. We met Dave Smith to see a 2026 Tiguan SEL-R Turbo on a Saturday. He presented the car and we took it for a test drive. During this time Dave was friendly and knowledgeable. We were very happy with the car but wanted to consider all our options. Dave was very understanding and never once tried to get pushy to hurry a deal. We did have some questions on the car that Dave was going to look in to. Before we left we met the manager Steve Miller. Another fine gentleman. Very friendly and welcoming. Over the weekend we decided to go forward with purchasing the car. Monday morning Dave contacted me with the answers to our questions we had earlier. I was impressed with depth of his information and still he was very relaxed. I did my research and presented an offer on the car. Dave asked to give him a moment to work on the deal. He responded with better offer so I agreed to purchase. Dave had the car put through the shop to get prepped for the sale. Bad weather was predicted so he kept the car inside for us. Upon arriving Dave and Steve met us and were as excited as we were to purchase the car. We met with Sam Goevert, Business Manager, to complete the paperwork. Very friendly and was very detailed going over the documents. We had a great time. From the initial visit, purchasing and visiting the parts department, I can honestly say it was a great experience. Dream Team Subaru in Baldwin is the best I am so impressed with Annie in customer service. She made me feel like she truly wanted to help me.
