The service I experienced on April 10 was excellent. I was very impressed with ever person I came into contact with. Kudos to you and this amazing team. Annie was wonderful in helping me schedule my vehicle for service and checked me in with kindness and professionalism. She also went above and beyond, arranging for a porter to pick me up from Spirit Auto Body following my appointment. The communication day of service was great. Duke checked me out when I came to pick up my car, and was also professional, kind, and helpful with the porter. Annie even recognized me (I'm a first-time customer) and checked, as I was leaving, to ensure I had the ride we had arranged. The porter (Michael, I think) was also wonderful, and we had a great chat on the way back to the dealership. He had lovely things to say about working for Dean Team. More

I’ve been a customer of this dealership for the past 10 years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in years, and this is the first review I’ve ever written. I’ve actually been wanting to share this for a while, but it wasn’t until I brought my car in for an oil change this afternoon that I realized I truly owe Duke Iwata a stellar review. Back in August 2025, I brought in my 2017 Subaru Forester for a wobbling noise on the driver side. When I later heard a creaking sound in October, Duke got me in right away and arranged a loaner car, which I really appreciated. The Service team discovered that loose bolts in the lower control arm—left from the previous repair—were the cause. Duke was completely honest, took responsibility, and ensured the fix was done at no charge. Duke was attentive, helpful, and made the whole situation stress‑free. I’m grateful for the quick service, the loaner car, and the honesty. Highly recommend working with him. More
