The sales part of my experience was by far the best I experienced. Nazario was straightforward, patient and beyond anything, helpful. The service is always excellent, but despite that I am disappointed with the company because the problem isn't with the employees who assist me; it's a problem with Nissan. I have a problem with a single disappointed with the company because the problem isn't with the employees who assist me; it's a problem with Nissan. I have a problem with a single wheel that is making noises, and if it were natural wear and tear on the brakes, I would completely understand. The salesman, Nazario, explained to me that there would be no warranty coverage for the brakes in case of NATURAL WEAR AND TEAR. I cannot accept that a noise in a single rear wheel is natural wear and tear, excuse me. Nazario helps me with the language, and I know that he and the person who made the diagnosis tried to help me. But in my understanding, it's a Nissan warranty issue. More
