As soon as I arrived, Ricky was already outside waiting for me, and I immediately felt rushed throughout the entire process. I asked him twice about the remote start feature in the app and where to find it for me, and I immediately felt rushed throughout the entire process. Anytime I had a question he was not around. He did not take the time to go through the vehicle features with me, and overall I felt like just another number rather than a valued customer. It also seemed as though he had other customers waiting, which made the experience feel hurried and impersonal. Additionally, I later learned that another Nissan dealership offered me the same vehicle for $30 less per month. Because I felt rushed and pressured, I did not have the opportunity to fully consider my options and now feel disappointed with my decision.
