Didn't even reset my oil life. .had maintenance required light come on before I even got home. Looked up a you tube video and did it myself. The process for a maintenance service call was easy. I had to call as the Toyota app had failures attempting to schedule an appointment. (Typically that's how I schedule elsewhere.) I am unsure of this was an app issue or related to interfacing with the dealership. Service appointment was fast. The video overview was helpful. All employees were respectful of my time and courteous in the words. More

Handys service was great. They keep you well informed on service being done. The mechanic had video, which I received on my phone, showing the under carriage that was checked. I appreciated that I was able to get in at the last minute for my oil change. I was less pleased to hear and 1 1/2 wait time was what everyone was saying because of a couple of “big jobs” and too l minute for my oil change. I was less pleased to hear and 1 1/2 wait time was what everyone was saying because of a couple of “big jobs” and too little help. We NEED CHILD LABOR … not underage of course but stop spoiling our children would teach them to labor for the things they want! We love Handy 😊 More
