I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. I have been a Klaben customer for over 20 years. Would not go anywhere else. Service department got my vehicles in and out quickly. Other dealerships are weeks behind. Truck dripped oil spots onto garage floor when Rod brought it home. Once oil is changed, that area should be wiped off to prevent oil spots dripping onto garage floor or drive way. Rod had mentioned it and thought it would be noted on the account and better attention taken to wipe off area after oil is changed. Disappointed that it happened again. More

They are a busy service department, but they genuinely try their best to get your vehicle taken care of and back on the road. They have been through major repairs with my vehicle and always manage to make try their best to get your vehicle taken care of and back on the road.
