I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Looking to ESCAPE harassing sales reps, go to Klaben! We have purchased our last 6 cars from Chris Moldas at Klaben Ford because Chris treats us as real people. He takes the time to listen to what we want and never tries to push us into something else. Chris doesn't "sell" us a car, he addresses our needs and guides us toward a quality investment. When we finish working with Chris, we have a positive feeling about the experience - no buyer's remorse. We tell everyone to go to Chris Moldas! In the finance department, go to Jennifer. She made the process quick and humorous!! As far as servicing our vehicles, we insist on seeing Mona in the service department. She's a no nonsense person who listens to concerns and answers questions about what our cars need. Mona makes sure we are in and out as quickly as possible. More

2 hour oil change! Once again, I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation on my 2015 Expedition that took over 2 hours! My appointment was for 11am. I dropped Once again, I had an appointment for an oil change/tire rotation on my 2015 Expedition that took over 2 hours! My appointment was for 11am. I dropped the vehicle off at 10:50am. At 1:00pm, after hearing nothing, I called the service department. I was told the service was almost finished and the paperwork was being waited on. This is the second time in a row this has happened. I am very unhappy and going to take the Expedition to another Ford dealership for servicing. More

Nothing but the best! I just had the Red carpet rolled out for me again! I came in for an oil change with Mona in the Service Department ( who is Awesome ) and with her sug I just had the Red carpet rolled out for me again! I came in for an oil change with Mona in the Service Department ( who is Awesome ) and with her suggestion I went to see if I could trade in my lease . Thanks to Doug Carter , we had able to find me a great car for a lower payment. as always he provides wonderful Customer Service. Jennifer Bowen got my paperwork ready to go for a fast departure! as always Klaben and its staff is Wonderful and I wouldn't go anywhere else! More
