I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. very poor I was told at my last appointment that I need my brakes done, I received notices from Klaben that I needed to make an appointment for my brakes. I al I was told at my last appointment that I need my brakes done, I received notices from Klaben that I needed to make an appointment for my brakes. I also received a recall notice in the mail. I called and made an appointment for an oil change, brakes, and my recall. The lady on the phone making my appointment was preoccupied and not listening, but my appointment was made. I took my car in at 8 am and was told that the parts for the recall are not available yet. They were to call me for approval before working. At 12:30 I called them and my service person was at lunch, she called me back and said that my brakes were fine but listed 4 or 5 other items totaling $1400.00. I told her to just change the oil and not touch anything else. More

Awesome Experience I have bought most of my vehicles from Klaben Ford. And I have had them all serviced at Klaben Ford. I am never disappointed. Mona Crooks is excellent I have bought most of my vehicles from Klaben Ford. And I have had them all serviced at Klaben Ford. I am never disappointed. Mona Crooks is excellent at what she does. Mike Crooks, the technician again is excellent at what he does. He did an awesome job on my Escape and did not waste any time getting it done. Mona got me an appointment quickly and explained everything that would be done. More

In the past I have had issue with other Ford service centers and now I travel hours just for service at Klaben because I know they will treat me with courtesy and will fix my car properly so that I can feel safe in it. Great Service Center and Personel I have taken my vehicles into this service center for work since they were purchased from the dealership. We have always been treated great and keep I have taken my vehicles into this service center for work since they were purchased from the dealership. We have always been treated great and keep informed of all aspects of the work being done. Their waiting room is the nicest one I've been in. It doesn't matter which service adviser you work with they are all accommodating. I know that all the service technicians are capable but I really trust Tim Czbaj to give me sound advise on what I my need. More

Nice company and people to deal with. Everytime I take my truck in to Klaben Ford for it's routine maintenance I am treated in a friendly and professional mannor.
