I started with Klaben in 1992 as a receptionist and file person. I was thankful to get the opportunity to change positions and become a service advisor a year later. In the last 28 years I have been blessed by meeting and helping so many faithful Klaben customers, many of whom have become friends. I’m Masters Certified as a Ford Lincoln service advisor. Always head awesome service Klaben We have used Klaben Service center since 2013 when we purchased our new 2013 F-150 New. Although we have a couple for dealers within 3 miles of our ho We have used Klaben Service center since 2013 when we purchased our new 2013 F-150 New. Although we have a couple for dealers within 3 miles of our house we always take the 35 mile trip each way to get our F-150 and now our new 2017 F-350 serviced at Klaben. We had a great buying experience at Klaben so we have decided to stick with them for the same quality service. Unfortunately we were unable to purchase our new F-350 from due to extenuating circumstances on my part. Highly recommend Klaben for sales and service!!!! More

Oil Change and Part Replacement Went in for our first Oil Change and was very happy with the service! Mentioned the check engine light was periodically coming on and off and they fou Went in for our first Oil Change and was very happy with the service! Mentioned the check engine light was periodically coming on and off and they found a bulletin for our Ford and told us the next time it came on to come right in. A week later the check engine light came on; I called, was able to drive right in, and they quickly got me a rental and had the part replaced and the car ready to go the next day. Everything was covered from the bulletin. Fantastic service and customer care! More

You did not fix my car and the problem was a recall. You could not find anything wrong on the diagnostic system, but you did not bother to look up the recall and then my car engine stopped working while You could not find anything wrong on the diagnostic system, but you did not bother to look up the recall and then my car engine stopped working while driving two days later. Luckily I was not on the highway when my engine failed that could have been fatal. Another dealership fixed the issue and stated you must not know what you are doing. More
