Manager didn't want to negotiate a bit, lied about the finance rate and dealer fees. I had to pay really close attention to the final invoice and corrected it few times, they tried to charged $500 for th finance rate and dealer fees. I had to pay really close attention to the final invoice and corrected it few times, they tried to charged $500 for the second key!, the same with the finance guy, trying to include as much as possible in the final price in a shadow way, I won't report it to the BBB because nothing illegal was done, but super shady way to work. I got 2 Free Oils Changes, and the Oil life for the car is 20% coming out from the dealership. The only thing I liked about it is the inventory which has a lot of different options More

Milot Vancol provided the best car leasing experience I’ve ever had at a dealership. He was extremely professional and helped us with everything we needed. Even after leaving the dealership, he continues I’ve ever had at a dealership. He was extremely professional and helped us with everything we needed. Although the overall experience at Arrigo was very good, the service from Leslie Sanchez, who assisted us with the financing, was disappointing. My sales person James was excellent however, my finance manager who handles my finances (Leslie Sanchez) was unprofessional. first, after I signed all the paperwork to close the deal, she asked me for the manager who handles my finances (Leslie Sanchez) was unprofessional. first, after I signed all the paperwork to close the deal, she asked me for the insurance to issue the tag. As I sat in her office to call Geico for the insurance, she stood up and told me another customer was waiting and to make that call outside. In reality, no customer was waiting for her, so she went into another office to talk to another finance manager. Then, after the deal was closed on January 18, 2025, the next day, I received five hard inquiries added to my credit, although I told her not to keep running my credit to additional banks. Overall, they accumulated over ten hard inquiries on the vehicle I purchased. More
