Manager didn't want to negotiate a bit, lied about the finance rate and dealer fees, I mentioned I had a pre approval for 5% and they gave me 6.7% in the end, when everything was ready, the seller didn't finance rate and dealer fees, I mentioned I had a pre approval for 5% and they gave me 6.7% in the end, when everything was ready, the seller didn't provide me details about it until it was time to signing papers (8.45 p.m.). I had to pay really close attention to the final invoice and corrected it few times, they tried to charged $500 for the second key!, the same with the finance guy, trying to include as much as possible in the final price in a shadow way, I won't report it to the BBB because nothing illegal was done, but super shady way to work. I got 2 Free Oils Changes, and the Oil life for the car is 20% coming out from the dealership. The only thing I liked about it is the inventory which has a lot of different options. FYI, The Online Price add Tax (7%) + 500 Dealer Fee (Electronic) + another $1200 in dealer fee, plus anything else they try to add Update: I sent an email to Customer service as requested, (Silvia) never heard back... I did not feel appreciated. The negotiation on the price came down to $300 that they wanted on top of my final offer. I don't think that was professional. When I went to pay for the vehicle and do the paperwork the finance manager tried to sell me insurance for mechanical breakdown. She literately told me that they vehicle was of very poor quality and it will break after 3 year and will cost me thousands of dollars to repair. She even said this was not a Honda or Toyota that last for many years. I told her that I did not want the insurance and also I was reconsidering buying the car. I thought that was very unprofessional too. When I left the dealer they gave me a memory stick with all the paperwork. As I checked it at the house it was empty. The whole experience was below par based on the amount of money I spent on this vehicle and the service that I received. More
