Bought a 2018 Mazda 3 for $6000 over kbb fully inspected by their mechanics , 2 weeks later exhaust manifold rust through resulting in a $2800 repair won’t pass emissions cant drive the car, had the extra w by their mechanics , 2 weeks later exhaust manifold rust through resulting in a $2800 repair won’t pass emissions cant drive the car, had the extra warranty that I paid for , called the dealership asked if they could help me out they said no it’s not covered they won’t help with nothing left me with a broken car and no way to work paid $15,500 for a car I can’t even drive , asked if they would take it back and give me most of my money back towards a new a brand new car they also told me know sorry they go off trade in value only , 2nd time I’ve been ripped off thousands by this dealership, never again will I buy a Mazda ever! More

Horrible experience buying my vehicle. The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bu The salesman and financial manager tried to fraudulently add $5000 to my loan, lied about being able to remove the Xzilon and Advance 5 Protection Bundle, and the salesman manager lied to us about having the vehicle inspected by an Audi dealership after I drove off of the lot and had “Turn Engine Off”, “Low Coolant”, and “Low Tire Pressure Lights” come on. I had to find an O’Rileys at 9:00 PM in Milwaukee add antifreeze because it was dangerously below the minimum line. Then I discovered Russ Darrow changed two of the tires but did not put on the same size when they purchased the car. When Russ Darrow “inspected” it, they told me the antifreeze was in the normal range and I should buy two new tires. I would NEVER recommend this company. NEVER. More
