The transmission was doing exactly what the Ford Technical alert described. I had previously had the transmission computer tuneup at 60K miles that corrected the rough shifting. I was informed the transmission could not be corrected with a computer tuneup (approx. 141,000 miles) $399.00 and that I was going to need a Transmission rebuild or replacement to the tune of $6-$8,000. I chose to get a second opinion. My 2019 F150 is running and shifting very well again with a transmission flush and fluid replacement for the price of $250. You may want to save some advertising money/mailing/email by taking me off your list. I really don't trust your Service personnel or Transmission mechanic. DonH More
