The dealership service was fine. However, picking up the truck — the person that brought the truck around may have been smoking or vaping pot. Also, he attempted to pull out the mirrors on the side of the truck. On this truck they are electric and that was one of the things that was being fixed on the truck. So I was not very pleased about that, and the steering wheel was greasy. More

Brought my 2020 F-150 into the shop when it had only 30k miles complaining about a hard shift around 4th gear in my transmission. Was quickly told it wasn't the transmission but the larger tire I have and miles complaining about a hard shift around 4th gear in my transmission. Was quickly told it wasn't the transmission but the larger tire I have and needing it recalibrated and needed an aftermarket calibration done. Had that done and still had issues. Took it back at 70k and was told that it was now outside of Ford's warranty and the work wouldn't be covered by Ford. Even though it was brought in well inside the warranty the first go around. Was told my third party extended warranty wouldn't be honored by the shop and to take it to the deal I bought it from. So I dropped it off to the dealer who doesn't have a transmission tech and they informed me they are unable to replace the transmission because Ford put out a technical service bulletin that outlines they have a problem with the transmissions in their F-150's. Something you'd think a Ford shop would have had access to well in advance of a small town dealership. Highly displeased that Ford has issued a Technical Service Bulletin in which they note an point out potential issues with a transmission they've sold to it's customer. Further more Ford won't put out a recall to correct the issue at their expense! They'd rather let the issue persist and let their customers feel the financial pain of their mistakes. I'd love to have this resolved at Ford's expense and not mine. I dropped it off originally well inside the warranty and was never addressed properly and not I'm on the hook. This is so wrong in so many ways. More

They are very reliable; what they fix stays fixed, and they do not exceed their estimates when it is time to settle up. I find everyone I speak with in the service dept. is respectful and professional. I they do not exceed their estimates when it is time to settle up. He fully meets the description of qualities described above. i do not want to enter an evaluation of someone that I am not sure of, but since I cannot close this survey without scoring service dept employees, I will give them all a 5. More
