This is the new benchmark! The entire team that I worked with did an amazing job of handling all aspects of this transaction. I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase or my decision to purchase from Nez (good luck finding something he doesn't know about these amazing, complicated vehicles) and his colleagues. Dirk was able to quickly understand what I already knew, and what I didn't about the operation of all of the new interfaces and systems. He was really fun to spend time with. Alan and Nez perfectly navigated one or two potential pitfalls (not expected when buying a used vehicle) with resolutions that were fair to both parties. The whole process was fast, fair, and fun. I sincerely enjoyed it all the way through. I have scheduled my first service with BMW of Westlake and now look forward to that. Thank you Nez, Dirk, Alan and Mike! Customer service is alive and is thriving at BMW of Westlake! Congratulations to the ownership and management teams there, they really have created an outstanding environment and have retained employees who make buying fabulous luxury vehicles enjoyable! More

Exceeded my expectations. I live in Texas and located the specific car I was looking for through a web search. My initial and subsequent communications were with Jerry Mancini both on the phone and through emails. The entire purchasing process was flawless. Jerry kept me updated daily. I flew out to the dealership and the car was all prepped and ready for me. I had such great personal service from everyone I came in contact with. Jerry, Mike in finance, Robert the New Car Manager and Dirk the Genius (he really is when it comes to BMW’s) that I wish I lived close to this dealership just to continue the great experience I had. For my next BMW I’m going to call on Westlake. It’s 1,500 miles from me but the people really make the difference and it’s worth the trip. Well maybe when it’s a little warmer. More

Kenneth met us shortly after walking in the door when most of the other salespeople seemed uninterested or busy. He gave us the information that we were looking for, helped us decides what options we wan most of the other salespeople seemed uninterested or busy. He gave us the information that we were looking for, helped us decides what options we wanted on our X1, and made the overall sales process simple and stress-free. I would definitely recommend him and BMW of Westlake to anyone who is looking for a straightforward car buying experience. The only drawback I saw was with the building itself. Full floor-to-ceiling windows on a south-facing building look nice, but the sun is a menace and prevents workers and customers alike from being able to see what’s between them and the doors. The owners make more than enough money to get some shades for the window. Get it done. More
