The finance guy talked too much and didn’t seem to care about what I could “afford”. He added on the 7 year extra warranty and my payment went to $700. The dealership claims to apply a ceramic coating to all new cars, but the application process is subpar. We recommend that you do not purchase the ceramic coating warranty for $1400 and instead use a non-dealership business to properly ceramic coat your new car. Our salesperson, Dominique, provided excellent service and kept us informed about the status of our order. However, we recommend that you compare pricing outside of Huntsville before making a purchase. Have had previous Pilot serviced at this service center and have been very pleased with service. More
