I took my car in to get an oil change and recall (software update). The service guy took me outside two very bust senior advisors' office and we waited and waited. I was never told beforehand why we (software update). The service guy took me outside two very bust senior advisors' office and we waited and waited. I was never told beforehand why we had to see a senior advisor. One of the senior advisor's customer left and he retrieved another customer from the other side and helped him. He walked with his customer to another area. And we waited and waited. I could see the senior advisor through a window. I shrugged like "What are you doing??" He mocked me by making the same gesture. I finally asked my attendant why he didn't take me to another advisor that was obviously free. He said "They're express guys like me. We can't serve folks getting software updates." Very inefficient and very poor communication when he saw that I was obviously irritated. I asked him how many folks were coming through needing software updates. He said a lot. Finally, the senior advisor came back. I overheard him complaining about how many software update people he had been getting. I almost left and would have if I hadn't invested so much time already.
