I used the mobile service and Richard was prompt, courteous and did a great job. My only issue was getting the service advisor in the main service department to call me back when leaving a message. (Never did receive a return call for message left over 2 weeks ago.) My second call to the main service number was about a week later and I requested the mobile service, which was excellent. If not for the mobile service, I would consider taking my car elsewhere for service due to the lack of response. It was not the first time this has occurred. More

The whole team at Klaben Ford Lincoln is absolutely terrific! They work hard to make sure you leave with the vehicle and payment that makes you happy! Love him!! Richard Klaben is very sincere and so willing to spend time, say hello, and sit with you to have a meaningful conversation! Not so common in this industry.
