I have owned BMW's for ten years. No more. I allowed the dealer to ship me the car. They never test drove it. The passenger side window would not close and water and winfd noise No more. I allowed the dealer to ship me the car. They never test drove it. The passenger side window would not close and water and winfd noise forced me to pay $500 to get it repaired. Jonathan was not helpful. Ridiculous. Take the car for a test drive before you ship it to a customer. I PAID FULL PRICE. Also, it has been 90 days and I STILL have not gotten the registration or plates. More

I should have got a PPI. Car not in best condition for price paid. First salesmen was rude. I eventually worked with one that was real good. Some services were not done. I’ve spent a lot of extra money trying to get the car services up to date. And some other things about my loan that fell through i don’t wish to talk about. More
