I had a previous issue with klaben Jeep service department and was contacted by mike, he’s a genuine and honest gentleman who listened to my concerns and complaints. He told me he wanted to help fix my issue with my vehicle, he got me in contact with Kim Rafferty from the Jeep service department, Kim did an excellent job providing information to me and explaining and recommending what service needed done . Excellent job by Kim, Mike and the technicians who worked on my vehicle. My wife liked the Jeep Compass I was given for a loner vehicle, we’ll have to getting her one before too long with klaben. More

I took my keys in after making a call to the service dept and they suggested this could be my problem. But it wasn’t...After multiple calls to AAA (three hours later) to tow my car to Klaben and knowing Klaben closes early on Saturday Mike made sure even though my car did not make it to klaben until 2:00 that it was checked out and a new battery installed... thanks Mike for being dedicated to your customers... not everyone would had done what you did to get my car back in a short time frame and on a Saturday!!! I really appreciate your service. More
