DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! THEY CUT CORNERS AND DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY I regret ever buying from this dealership. I was charged almost $1,000 in “reconditioning fees” THEY CUT CORNERS AND DON’T CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY I regret ever buying from this dealership. I was charged almost $1,000 in “reconditioning fees”, yet I had to spend over $1,500 replacing my tires and another $200 for an alignment right after buying the car. How is that “reconditioned”? It’s a scam. Patricia takes days to respond to anything — 2 to 3 weeks if you’re lucky — and even then, nothing actually gets resolved. I later found out they replaced my original run-flat tires with cheap non run-flats just to save money. I only discovered this because my own mechanic (who’s been fixing all the issues they claimed were “handled”) told me the truth. Juan has helped here and there, but cheap fixes and half-done repairs are not what I paid for and he hid them from me til i found out with my own mechanic! . I waited three months before writing this review to give them a fair chance to make things right — big mistake. I’ve been ignored, brushed off, and told to pay for repairs they swore weren’t needed and my tires would last a whole year before replacement but lasted not even a month… This place will smile, lie straight to your face, and take your money, especially if you’re not a car expert. Once you drive off the lot, they’ll pretend you don’t exist. It’s honestly a joke and a safety hazard. I’m now considering cancelling my warranty because I don’t trust them with my car anymore. Save yourself the stress, the money, and the danger — stay far away from this dealership. THEY ALSO DID NOT PAY MY trade in CAR FULLY AND MADE ME PAY IT OFF AND SEND ME A REFUND which is unheard of! More

He was patient, professional, and attentive to my specific needs, never rushing or pressuring me, but instead truly listening and guiding me toward the best fit. Usually I wouldn't take the time to write a review, however after my experience with Mazda, Carlos, Ray, and Mike, I truly feel like the entire team deserves credit where credit is due. My wife and I however after my experience with Mazda, Carlos, Ray, and Mike, I truly feel like the entire team deserves credit where credit is due. My wife and I are expanding the family and were looking for a three row SUV. We contacted endless dealerships for various cars in the 3 row segment. It's truly alarming you just can't find customer service. We often felt like we were being pushed away and that many of the dealerships we interacted with lacked customer service. We also didn't even consider a Mazda until we came across a YouTube video reviewing the car. Both of our families come from a background of driving Mercedes, Audi, BMW, & Genesis etc. The CX90 TURBO S PREMIUM PLUS puts them all to shame. Carlos responded instantly to my request to test drive. Accommodated a late test drive due to work. He answered every question I had before even coming to the dealership. We were sent walk around videos of the car and explained all the features. Both cars were detailed and washed upon arrival and the car sold itself the first minute of seeing it. Im truly impressed with the customer service of the whole entire team, the quality and craftsmanship of the vehicle, the warranty offering, the finance process and Carlos himself. Carlos was straight forward, didn't play any games, and was straight to the point just how I like to do business. Ray & Mike were also both very Genuine. The Team stayed past 10PM to make sure I could make the hour & half drive home in a new vehicle that night. They were more than fair on trade in value and worked the numbers to make me comfortable. Carlos also spent some additional time to explain every feature of the car, set up My Mazda App, fill the tank, and have the car detailed to make sure everything was perfect. Honestly I was shocked there was even a detail team available that late. He also followed up the night of, the next day, and this morning. That's service. That's what customers like myself look for. I smiled the whole way home and my family was blown away by the vehicle. There isn't one thing we could find that we didn't like. Some friends and family are also really impressed upon seeing it. Coming from an AMG, it's nice to know Mazda offered a Turbo S so my wife AND MYSELF can enjoy the car when needed. Ive recommended some friends already to visit the dealership. Im So happy with the car when someone asks me about it I feel like Im trying to sell them on the car myself because we like it that much. Great job to the team at MAZDA, you have a new life long customer. Im looking forward to seeing Carlos in a couple years when we trade for a new one. I want to personally thank the entire team and especially the owner for ensuring his employees are happy themselves and deliver the quality of service they provide. I can not thank the team enough for their superior service. More
