All of the staff was very friendly too, anybody that we encountered right when we walked in the door our salesman Muhammad Waqar was very professional and compassionate with us, he helped us out and made the entire process very seamless, he is extremely knowledgeable and very patient as well We highly recommend him as a Salesman to anybody needing a new Mazda as well as this dealership! also the finance manager that helped us out Mayeline Sosa was very professional and kind and not pushy at all and also made us feel extremely comfortable! You don't find that in a lot of dealerships in my experience, this was fantastic! we also met another salesman Luis Hernandez and he was very helpful as well with connecting our phone to the car, very kind and professional as well! I had to make a phone call over the phone and spoke with manager named Ashley she was also very kind and took my message and passed it along for me and she was very professional as well and the general manager of this dealership is also very kind!! we have nothing but good things to say about this place! Our parents bought a Mazda from here a year ago, now we bought one and they will be back next year to trade theirs in and for a new one!!! Anything we may need in the future we will be coming to this dealership for sure!! this is a five-star dealership and everybody has went above and beyond to help us with the entire process and I am handicapped I will add in, and everyone made me feel extremely comfortable in this dealership as well. This is the third Mazda I bought from Sport Mazda South. Their location is about an hour and a half from me through some of the most congested traffic in Florida but their prices and professionalism make it Their location is about an hour and a half from me through some of the most congested traffic in Florida but their prices and professionalism make it worth the trip. The deal was done almost completely online. I test drove a similar vehicle at a different dealer that's 15 minutes from me but their price was much higher and came with the typical "You sit here and wait (for an hour or so) while I talk to the sales manager". No such xx at Sport Mazda. I've been dealing with Ashley Ramsey, the sales manager, for a number of years and several Mazdas. She's super professional and really wants every one of her customers to be delighted with their deal. The salesman I dealt with, Carlos Burgos, appears to be cut from the same cloth. I only spent about an hour in person with Carlos but he was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. He even went the extra mile and got me a credit for the 20 quarts of oil and ten oil filters I traded in along with my CX-50 Hybrid (I always think I'm gonna' keep them forever). If you're considering a Mazda I very highly recommend Sport Mazda South. They'll treat you really well and you won't find a better deal anywhere. More
