I had a very positive car-buying experience with Carlos Burgos at Sport Mazda South. I was coming from Palm Bay to purchase a Certified Pre-Owned Mazda CX-5, so I wanted to have as much worked out as possi Burgos at Sport Mazda South. Carlos was responsive throughout the process and answered my questions ahead of time, which made everything much easier. I especially appreciated that Carlos respected the financing I had already arranged through Space Coast Credit Union and confirmed that the dealership would work directly with SCCU rather than sending my application to multiple lenders. He also worked with me on the vehicle price, my trade-in, and a refundable deposit to hold the CX-5 until I could get there. Once I arrived, Carlos was patient and professional and never made me feel pressured or rushed. The numbers we had discussed were honored, and when there were questions or changes during the process, he took the time to explain them and work through them with me. Buying a car can be stressful, especially when you’re traveling some distance to do it, but Carlos helped make the process straightforward and comfortable. However, this entire transaction was made considerably more pleasant by the genuine care exhibited by the employees at this particular dealership. They were attentive and made every effort to help me acquire the exact vehicle I desired, all while staying within my budget. The actual car I purchased far surpassed my expectations of what I would receive. I highly recommend seeking out Stefania. She is a dedicated and engaged saleswoman who will diligently answer any questions you may have about a specific vehicle. If she doesn't immediately know the answer, she will promptly find it for you. Her honesty, transparency, and excellent communication skills regarding these vehicles are truly commendable. Furthermore, my experience would not have been complete without the invaluable assistance of the management team, who helped address all of my challenging requests concerning the specific vehicle I was interested in.
