Most Pleasant Car Buying Experience Alex Stinvil pleasantly greeted us as we entered the dealership. He promptly retrieved the vehicle that we were interested in. We test drove the veh Alex Stinvil pleasantly greeted us as we entered the dealership. He promptly retrieved the vehicle that we were interested in. We test drove the vehicle. Alex didn't pressure us and explained the lifetime drivetrain warranty. Alex asked the appropriate questions concerning trade-in or not, finance or cash payment, etc. He brought the "numbers" and thoroughly explained each item. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle, it was only a few minutes before we met Mike Craig-Voyk to handle the payment and registration details. Mike is very efficient in handling the final purchase details. Afterward, we asked Alex and Jorell Figueroa to suggest a couple of restaurant options in the area. They cordially obliged and Alex turned over the keys, walked us out to the vehicle, thanked us for our business and said to please call him if we have any questions. This was a very pleasant experience from beginning to end and Alex was largely responsible for that. More
