Megan Barnes (Service Advisor) and Chuck Anderson (Technician/Mechanic) were both excellent to work with. Megan was great and took the initiative because the person assigned to be my advisor could not be found. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Then, the tech tried to get me to get services my person assigned to be my advisor could not be found. 2 1/2 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Regal Service Department was very inconsiderate of my time they did not inform me ahead of time there's a 5 hour wait nor offer me a loaner car or shuttle ride. I was there 12:20pm - 5:45pm.
