Dealer has little to no communication skills. Dropped car off had to chase down service rep . Car was promised possibly Saturday. Again no one called had to chase down the dealer. People such as myself can’t use it. It is dangerous as I walk with a walking stick and can’t manage the stairs and pull the door open at the same time. It must be removed and a walk in trailer replace it. The one that is there is not safe for people with disabilities such as myself. I do look forward to seeing the project completed so when I return it won’t be an issue. When you have personnel such as Mathew you can be assured I and many customers will return.😊 More
