NEVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE. I purchased a Hyundai Palace Limited from the Webster location with every possible warranty and add-on they offer and I bring it to the Henrietta loc I purchased a Hyundai Palace Limited from the Webster location with every possible warranty and add-on they offer and I bring it to the Henrietta location for service. The first time I brought it in for an oil change, THEY RIPPED MY LEATHER SEAT! It took me nearly a week to get in touch with an actual person since their phone number just rings and goes to voicemail 100% of the time. Once I finally got a callback all they could do is deny it. Well, since I purchased the oil change package with the car, I brought it back again for another oil change, and this time THEY CRACKED AND BENT THE TRIM PANEL ON THE BOTTOM OF THE DRIVER SIDE DOOR. At this point I still can’t get in touch with a human and all I get is voicemail. Do yourself a favor. Do not buy a car from them and definitely do not have one service here! More
