The dealership charges a credit card fee when you use your credit card to pay for a service appointment. BMW of Westlake also has a separate cashier from the service department. I think that BMW of Westlake should get with the program on how luxury car dealerships work with their customers and minimize their hassle. Luxury car customer expect hassle free experiences.
