New client experience for Service B work performed at the dealership with Nicholas Bischcoff as my Service Advisor. Work was preceded by a great conversation with the Service Manager (Marty Dillion) as I wa dealership with Nicholas Bischcoff as my Service Advisor. Work was preceded by a great conversation with the Service Manager (Marty Dillion) as I was doing my due diligence to determine which dealership to take my vehicle to. Marty assured me it was worth the additional 30 minutes travel time to get the type of care and attentiveness I was seeking (I had relayed my concerns about troubling reviews I read about other dealerships closer to my home). Marty’s promises were in-fact realized and I am pleased with all aspects of my service experience. Nicholas very professionally greeted me for my 1st time with the dealership and provided updates on the servicing. While there, other great support was also provided by Lexi and Lisa for various reasons. All aspects of my 1st experience were very good and the additional 30 minutes travel time was well worth it.
