Not only Nakia Spencer and Athina Batis made it possible for me to purchase the car I wanted for my daughter but, also respected my time as I let them know that I had a meeting to attend that day. On the contrary, Mark from Finance is a total xxx, impossible to get him to process a simple request, all he does is dodging your request and put you wait for months and months, delaying my decisioning process to get another car. Moral of the story - don't buy any warranty or packages he sweet talk you into buying, no need to pay him your hard earned money, he won't be there for you after you walk out of that dealership. More
