Howard was the most patient and kindest salesperson I ever had. I already knew what I wanted when I went to the location, but he still did not come off as super pushy, yet was willing to answer any ques ever had. He went above and beyond to work around the difficulty, and even suggested ways to fix it so that I would not keep having the same issue. Everything he said about the vehicle was spot on when I arrived (I had a bunch of questions about the vehicle coming from a distance). Harold also helped facilitate the vehicle being available when I arrived (also had it cleaned and fueled in advance to help get me back on the road home after sooner as I was coming as a very serious buyer). Again, a sincere thanks to Harold. Harold and Mark had me through the process and back on my way under my own timeline (not pushy, test drive, and helped explain each item both with the vehicle and the financing). Both answered all questions I had and helped point out important items for their respective departments. Had a bit of a drive back to Jersey and couldn't be happier with the purchase and the process.
