DO NOT GO HERE! !!! Find another dealer! You cannot trust a word they say. Our salesman Keith and the sales manager Sylvio will make promise after promise which end u !!! Find another dealer! You cannot trust a word they say. Our salesman Keith and the sales manager Sylvio will make promise after promise which end up being lies. After five and half hours sitting at Keith's desk, him leaving and coming back we came to an agreed price and pick up date (they said it would take six days to pick up the car from another dealer in Vermont, ridiculous!) Sylvio approached us saying he made a mistake and miscalculated and would need us to pay $800 more. After getting upset and arguing about it they said they would figure it out and we wouldn't have to pay anything, what was the point of that? Here we are six days later at 3pm and they have just picked up the car from the dealer. If you won't to avoid day after day of lies, incompetence, aggravation go to any other dealer than Colonial Ford of Malboro. More

If you're shopping for a car don't bother shopping around. Save yourself some time and go see the team at Colonial Ford in Marlborough. They truly put customers first. My Modem malfunctioned (again) maybe due to a low battery (?). The WiFi hotspot want working and there was also no communication with my Ford app on my iPhone nor with the Ford dealerships computers. The mec (?). The WiFi hotspot want working and there was also no communication with my Ford app on my iPhone nor with the Ford dealerships computers. The mechanics worked diligently to diagnose the issue and fix it. Bought a new battery just in case and I needed new tires (both the battery and the tires were original from 2019). I got ~89K on the tires and battery so that is good. Had the 90K service with oil change while there. Thanks to all! More
