The guy get out from his office, came to us, start using guilt tactics and was not willing to listen. On top of that, he was loud and I never expect that style of communication coming from a manager! Tha guilt tactics and was not willing to listen. On top of that, he was loud and I never expect that style of communication coming from a manager! Thank you for spending your precisous time Sir, but all I asked was a 10% discount. You do not like it? Let me know, sit down and deal. Explain your side of the business to me. No need to be disrespectful like that. I stayed at the front waiting for a Salesperson for 30 minutes. Wait for them to get the keys took another 10-15 minutes. Explain to them everything in my opinion takes another 20 minutes. Only to end all negotiation before they can even start in 15 seconds. Walking looking to buy 3 cars. Walking out disappointed. More

Luis was easy to deal with when we purchased our new Tundra a few weeks back. He showed my wife and I the different features on a couple trim levels and we test drove 2 trucks. He was never rushed whe Tundra a few weeks back. He showed my wife and I the different features on a couple trim levels and we test drove 2 trucks. He was never rushed when dealing with us. Since we have purchased the truck Luis follows up with us to see if everything is okay and has provided additional information without us even asking for it. More

Bought 2024 Camry SE, initially with negotiations and interactions with sales person (Jose) and sales manager (Norman) was great. I was so impressed and even telling my son of the experience. The day I s interactions with sales person (Jose) and sales manager (Norman) was great. I was so impressed and even telling my son of the experience. The day I signed the papers of ownership/purchased (paid in full), Jose was not available and no one has shown us the car not until we are about to go home. The finance officer (Hasan) gave us all the paperwork and told us Jose is supposed to show the car and to orient/sum up key things in the new car (operation/function). This where my wife noticed a defect in the inside panel of the back passenger and the start of headache. The guy who gave us the key (Luis), saying Jose told him just to give the key to us. Told him on the defect, and said the manager is already aware and offered will be handled on Monday since it is Saturday and no one in the service department can do it that day. Was also offered will pick up the car in our house and will provide loaner car if it cannot be fixed on the same day and he will let Jose knows of the situation. Here comes Monday, Jose called to follow up from a voicemail I left and claiming he is not aware of the problem and wanted me to re told the same story. And when I told him that Luis has said the manager already knows about it and I’m expecting a car pick up and loaner just so in case. Until the whole day nothing has happened. Very disappointed!!! You’re expecting a brand new car and at least a reliable service to keep you at peace. But then again seems you are thrown away since they have gotten want they want. More
