My reservation for an oil change was promptly honored upon my arrival. I was greeted and my car was taken in at the time. They did a complete check of the car and found that one of my significant belts w upon my arrival. I was greeted and my car was taken in at the time. They did a complete check of the car and found that one of my significant belts was on the verge of breaking. Since I was on my way for a long distance trip, it was extremely important that my car was in good working order. I was very impressed with the professionalism, the cleanliness of the garage + the staff, especially the gentleman who helped me. I would highly recommend using this for future Honda needs More

I have purchased (2) CIVICS from Joyce Honda. Historically the service has been good. The past service visit for an oil change took ~105 minutes from my appointment time. I would estimate that the car was out of the shop ~30 minutes before the service technician approached me. The additional recommended services were not properly reviewed at the end of the last service. I was advised that they were minor and on the attached sheet. When I reviewed the attached sheet at home I had some questions/concerns. I have been trying to get someone from the service department to schedule a time with me to show me a few of the recommended services I do not completely understand. To date no one has called me back ... issued email on 12/04/24 ... called and spoke with a receptionist who was going to have someone call me back on 12/06/24 ... called and spoke with a receptionist who transferred me to a voice mail on 01/03/25 (message left).
