The Klaben Ford dealership has provided me with the highest quality of service once again. This latest experience proved that each person who worked on my car was a great communicator, professional, a highest quality of service once again. This latest experience proved that each person who worked on my car was a great communicator, professional, and knowledgeable. I wanted to have the oil changed less than a month from the previous oil change in Pittsburgh. I wanted to check the work done by a mechanic in Pittsburgh. I was willing to pay for a second oil change after 400 miles for confidence that the job was right. Pittsburgh mechanic mis-threaded the filter, which splashed oil over the engine, I wanted Klaben's mechanics to make my car safe. I also replaced the shifting dial, front and rear brakes, 4 tires with alignment. All of this work was done in a timely manner and with full explanation of what needed to be done. Kim kept me updated every step of the way. She was able to locate the shift dial that was needed. She had the part sent with expedited shipping, knowing I needed my car. I want to acknowledge Kim's extra effort. Christine was able to help me by delivering a personal note of thanks to Mr. Klaben. Thanks to all! I will continue to drive 100 miles to get my Ford Escape serviced here! More

On May 31, 2025, I brought a recent acquisition in to Klaben Ford-Lincoln of Kent for 2 tires and an alignment (plus a few minor things) and left ver On May 31, 2025, I brought a recent acquisition in to Klaben Ford-Lincoln of Kent for 2 tires and an alignment (plus a few minor things) and left very specific instructions about saving the two old tires which still had enough tread on them to make spares. I had also detailed the vehicle before going in for the tires and they took excellant care of my car, the way I do. It was as clean coming out of the dealership as it had been going in. And when I picked it up Carl B. stopped at Kim's desk to say hello and ask how my family was doing. What a class act, love them! More
