Why go anywhere else? Kim has been my service advisor for years. She's extremely detailed, organized, and explains everything from the basic oil change to a needed repair. 1st oil change Can't say enough about this dealership. This is my 2nd car from them and plan on leasing many more from Klaben's. Everyone there from sales, service and even the finance people are very pleasant to deal with and knowledgeable when it comes to their job. Excelent Service I am a long time customer of Kim Wolfram from back when she worked at Clarke Ford. I was very impressed with her people skills and when Clarke closed I am a long time customer of Kim Wolfram from back when she worked at Clarke Ford. I was very impressed with her people skills and when Clarke closed I followed her to Klaben where she stilll remains one of the best Service Advisors I have had the pleasure of dealing with.
