I keep coming back because Dave is the absolute best salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is honest, very knowledgeable about the cars and trucks he is selling and he makes the entire experience from start to finish an enjoyable one, which you cannot really say that about most dealerships. He doesn't just sell you a car and you never hear from him again. He checks back routinely to make sure you are satisfied with the car/truck you purchased and if I have any problems I can call Dave and he makes sure that any concerns or issues are taken care of right away. I can also say the same for the Service Department. They are efficient and courteous and always considerate of my schedule and I highly recommend Klaben's Service Department. The last time I was there for routine maintenance I worked with Mona. She was very courteous and went over in detail the work performed on my car. Another plus is the complimentary car wash which for me is a great perk and I sincerely appreciate it. I definitely will continue buying my next car from Klaben Ford and Dave Mott and always recommend them to my friends and family. More
